Different brands & products will not always perform, react, dry, or clean-up in a similar fashion. BEFORE using any NEW product on your latest project, try it out on a smaller piece to ensure you have successful results. Due to the many variables you may encounter in supplies and application choices, Arizona Art Supply is not able to control, predict or assume how your masterpiece will turn out; and thus, not liable. Return PolicyAt Arizona Art Supply, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please call us at 1(877)264-9514 within 30 days and ask to speak with our web order department, so that we may handle your request.
Returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped will be reviewed by our web order department for proper return or disposal. If merchandise is returned for reasons outside of those listed above (wrong item ordered or item is unwanted), the customer is responsible for the return freight. Return shipping can be arranged with the shipper of your choice; however, we do encourage you to use a shipper with a reliable tracking system such as FedEx or UPS. If the shipment is lost or damaged on its way back to Arizona Art Supply, you may follow up with the shipper for claim resolution.
FOB or Truck-Shipped Items: When returning factory-shipped or truck-shipped items at your choice, please contact Arizona Art Supply for return authorization instructions.
Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error or an unwanted item, will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. Once a return package has been delivered to our distribution center, please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be reviewed and processed. Once the returned item(s) are received by us in new, unused and unopened condition, we will process your credit less any applicable restocking fees and original shipping fees.
Some items purchased in-store are non-returnable, and are posted in-store that they are non-returnable. If you have questions on a certain product’s eligibility while in-store, please ask an associate or manager. The most common reason for us not being able to return certain items is that we are unable to determine if the products have been used. Items considered non-returnable:
- all aerosol sprays
- pens & markers
- light boxes and projectors
- all portfolios
- all books & magazines
- airbrushes & compressors
- mat cutters; lamps
- pxb boards
- clearance or discontinued items
Additional items may apply. Signs and notices are posted near these items in-store. An exception can be made if products are defective.
Our shipping is a flat rate/basic ground, based on your total purchase. We do not ship internationally, and only within the 48 contiguous states. The following prices are estimate:

- *Over-sized items, based on total shipment weight/overall size may not qualify for the rates above. If you order is considered over-sized (either due to total shipment weight, or overall shipment size), we will contact you with corrected shipping rates. Items are generally shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. If an item is in stock in our store, we generally ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If an item is not stocked in our store, then it must be fulfilled from our web catalog distribution center outside of Arizona, which may take up to 7 business days to fulfill and ship. If an item is not stocked in store, and must be sent by our web distribution center, or is on backorder, we strive to let you know as soon as possible. All shipments are shipped via a service that provides tracking and/or delivery confirmation. It is the responsibility of the customer to file lost package claims with the appropriate shipping service provider.
- If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, a shipping cost will have to be determined and will not reflect the prices above, or as shown in your cart. We will contact you via email regarding the additional shipping charges once we have packed and weighed your shipment.
- We do not ship to freight forwarder companies. Any order with a freight forwarder address will be canceled.
Due to pricing and selection differences online, we are unable to offer in-store location pickup.
