Arizona Art Supply is a member of International Art Materials Association (NAMTA) and together in November we are conducting the tri-annual Artist and Art Materials Survey in USA and Canada.

Arizona Art Supply and NAMTA – The International Art Materials Association
GENERAL RULES & HOW TO ENTER Photograph your finished masterpiece and email the image as a .jpg attachment (maximum size of 25MB) to firstname.lastname@example.org Do not bring your artwork into any of our locations to be photographed. Mark the subject line of the email: “NEW ART CONTEST”. The following must be included within the body of the email: Artist’s Name, Title of Work, Medium used, Dimensions, Contact info and whether you are entering as a “Professional” or as an “Emerging Artist”. You may submit up to 3 entries, but only one prize per winning contestant. All entries will be uploaded to an online gallery on our Phoenix store Facebook page each week. Entries must be original, and current work, not previously sold, & MUST be available for award presentation in our Phoenix store. As this is a fine arts contest, here is what we are looking for: Painting: Acrylic, Oil, Watercolor, Gouache, Spray Paint, Encaustic, Mixed media, paper arts, photo collage, tin work, 3D Sculpture, clay, pottery, wood-work, or up-cycled Dry Media: graphite, pastels, charcoal, colored pencils Pen & Ink or any original work that could be classified as “fine art”. Only original art, please! A panel of judges will determine the 1st/2nd/3rd place winners. There are separate contest categories for professional and emerging artists. Contest runs from September 10th, 2017 and ends at 5:00 PM (AZ Time) on December 15th, 2017. Winners will be announced on December 25th, 2017. SEE BELOW for complete legal disclaimer.

Jury is made up of artists, a curator, and gallery owners and will remain anonymous. We will not give out their contact information.

Note: Due to limited space, you may only register on behalf of yourself, and will not be able to reserve spots for multiple persons. When calling to register for any of our seminars, please let the associate know which seminars you wish to attend. If you register but find that you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours before the event so that we may give the opportunity to someone on the waitlist. Failure to do so will result in not being able to register for future seminars and demonstrations. A reminder call will be made to each participant several days before the seminar.
